Stay in Concord June 2024

I reserved this house for several weeks in Concord because my son and some of his friends are involved in a drum corps that practices over the summer. The home is conveniently located close to the practice field. It is clean and had a washer/dryer that came in very handy. It was warm and the house does not have A/C, but we brought extra fans and it was fine. The property owner is very responsive and answered all my questions promptly. There are several grocery stores (Safeway, Trader Joe’s, Costco) close by so easy to keep the kitchen stocked. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Property Manager Best Part of Our Stay

Peter was great - timely responses and patient with us. Just note this house does NOT have A/C and has single pane windows. If it’s 82 outside it’s 82 inside. Water temperature in new shower is very hot to scalding. Although not under the control of the owner this was a noisy neighborhood at least during the time we were there.

Thank you for your review. To better serve our guests in the future, we added a rotating tower fan to each room. To address the water temperature we had a plumber change the cartridge in the shower which has solved the issue. I appreciate your input Susan.
