I’m glad to hear you enjoyed your stay, but sorry to hear shortcomings with silverware I will make sure that silverware is restocked and cleaners are more vigilant. I believe the propane tank was moved to the fire pit which may have ran out. We will be sure to keep a closer watch on these things. thanks for booking with us your group was great!

I believe guest had an issue with the stove top in which we immediately sent a maintenance tech out after that we was informed that the problem was nonexistent nevertheless we apologize for whatever mishap or inconvenience that may of occurred and upon returning to the property we found that everything was working properly, and there was no clogged sinks, so we came to the conclusion that the guest was having a hard time working the sink stop mechanism. Also we received a text that they found an item that the previous guest may have dropped underneath the bed in which the bed had an enclosed frame so nothing is visible but the guest informed us that they was looking for there keys so they lifted the frame so we are reaching out to the cleaners to make sure that they check Thoroughly underneath the enclosed bed frame to ensure nothing has been accidentally left behind. Furthermore we apologize for the outside issue they may have experienced our property is located next to an open land field providing an entertaining/ private outdoorsey experience so it is a lot of nature( no wild animals at all) in which most guest love but some may not be used to so we are doing everything to make sure any issue is addressed to make all guests stay is just as wonderful as the others.
