this was a whole house rental. We stayed for a month in order to escape the cold and snow of the Midwest. The home was complete with a full kitchen, three bedrooms, garage, laundry room, and two full bathrooms. Since we had three adults in our party, it was nice to have two full bathrooms. Check in went well. The host was helpful and attentive. She even sent an associate to help us set up the television for streaming. We enjoyed being able to sit in the private space in the backyard. The neighborhood was very walkable. There was a private, grassy recreation area, adjacent to the house. Since this was only a cul-de-sac, there was never too much traffic. The neighbors were friendly. We would highly recommend this house for Rental.

The house was comfortable and we loved the kitchen and dining area.The big tv seemed like a bonus but the volume governor made it almost impossible to hear, especially for my 88 year old mom.I had to buy a new mattress pad for the master king bed on the second day. The one on the bed when we arrived was plastic covered paper which crinkled and crunched with every move making sleep impossible. I notified the hostess and received no reply or reimbursement.The corn hole game and BBQ were both broken. The hostess did get the BBQ fixed quickly.Things renters should know:The garage opening is not high enough for a full size SUV.The picture of the backyard looked like there was some grass - there isn't. It is just dirt.The back patio worked for coffee in the morning but green space or landscaping would have made it really nice. The front patio was nice in the afternoon. Again, a little attention to the front yard would have make it much better. We had to sweep and clean the chairs before we could use them. One of the cactuses is laying on it's side and looks a bit unsightly.

Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad you found the home comfortable and enjoyed the kitchen, dining area, and front patio. When you reached out about the mattress protector and other items, I responded promptly and offered replacements via DoorDash, which you accepted and the items were sent right away so I’m surprised to see you say you didn’t receive a response, as I made every effort to address any concerns during your stay right away Regarding the BBQ, it is collapsible. I offered to send someone to check on it for you and this person confirmed it was working properly and just needed to be set up, but it was not broken. I’ll make sure to check the corn hole set to ensure it is in proper condition for the next guest. Regarding the garage, it accommodates up to two vehicles, including SUVs. We personally own a Jeep that fits without issue. Clearance can vary slightly depending on vehicle size or modifications, but standard full-size SUVs do fit. Regarding the dirt in the backyard, that is correct that the grass has died since the listing pictures were uploaded. I will be sure to update those pictures right away. However, the front yard is maintained regularly and the listing pictures are accurate for the front yard, except for the cactus that recently shifted; we’re aware of it and we’re addressing this issue. In AZ there are certain steps we have to take before we’re allowed to remove a cactus legally. We appreciate your feedback and wish you the best in your travels.
