Whether you're visiting for a game, a graduation, or a weekend getaway, you won’t find a better location to experience it all. Fully equipped chef’s kitchen with GE Café appliances, custom cabinets & quartz counters. In-unit washer/dryer. Spa-like bathrooms. New owners, new Airbnb.

Renovated June 2025, 3rd floor offers modern luxury and convenience. Both bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms with tile showers and quartz-topped vanities. The open-concept living area is designed for comfort and entertaining, boasting luxury vinyl plank flooring, GE Café appliances, custom cabinetry, and upgraded moulding throughout. Flooring is laminated vinyl plank. All furniture, supplies, towels....everything inside is NEW as of June 2025.. Temporary new sofa bed will be replaced with custom leather sofa bed TBD (Aug/Sept)....its handcrafted so its coming....Walk .75 miles to Stadium & Notre DAme. 1/2 mile to Eddy Commons (food/retail/entertainment = Fun!)

Please stack towels near washing machine
Trash in dumpster out back if full. otherwise cleaners will empty
Please make sure door locked when leaving, new door with new weatherstripping..pull behind and lock. if you had to use combo for entry, please return keys to lockbox.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
We do have an exterior Ring door camera (required disclosure) shampoo, conditioner, gel & creme- “Refillable Amenities – Please Leave Behind”.
We provide high-quality mostly Molton Brown bath products for your comfort.
These refillable bottles are part of our sustainability efforts and are cleaned and restocked after each stay.

Excellent stay…we stayed for four nights, family of four! 10/10! The home was spotless, extremely comfortable beds and nice linens. The building is quiet and parking was convenient. The Notre Dame touches were so fun but also tasteful…our boys now want ND wallpaper in their own room. Our host Wes, was excellent with communication and check-in/out procedures. The chocolate welcome treats were so tasty, what a nice and thoughtful treat. We will absolutely stay here again.

We had a great stay! The place was spotless and had everything we needed. Truly exceeded our expectations. We were a family of 4 with kids age 10 and 13. We had plenty of space. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Nice toiletries provided. Beautiful design/decor. Quiet neighborhood (we were there when school was out). Listing is accurate. We had zero issues during our stay. Would definitely book again.

“Our first trip to South Bend to visit my niece—now a senior at Notre Dame and a standout caption on the softball team— the school, history and wonderful college was unforgettable. This VRBO was such a great find: charming neighborhood, spotless, cozy, and perfectly styled for any Notre Dame fan. Wes was fantastic with communication from start to finish. This property was exceptional. Communication with the owner was great - always a quick response. The property was spotless, had everything you would need and we all loved the homage paid to Notre Dame. The decor, cups, and books were all in the theme. We also loved the location. An easy walk to both downtown and to Notre Dame (about 20 min). And to top it off the Irish won their game we watched! I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend to others.

Our family had a wonderful stay! The property was exactly as described in the listing, and everything met our expectations. Communication with the host was excellent from the very beginning—every question we had was answered promptly and thoroughly.The home was clean, comfortable, and very family-friendly. We especially loved the convenient location. Being so close to the Notre Dame campus and great restaurants made it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer.We had a fantastic experience and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend this property, and we will definitely be back!

Graduated from USMMA -played football and now my youngest headed to ND...super excited! As real estate broker, i don't like to rent so with the vision of visiting as much as possible, we wanted to create an amazing place for our stays and yours. We have traveled to many great places including Europe, St Bart's, Turks & Caicos, Paris...........my oldest son is a fashion designer........(the Dad jeans decorating would not suffice) -we tried to do the best we could with the linens, wallpaper, Molton Brown, everything we could do.....a few more items are in process including a hand crafted leather sofa bed (waiting for delivery)

When you step out of that front door and see that Golden Dome -wow! Walking to the stadium about 3/4 of a mile away and before you get there, Eddy Commons, bars, restaurants, retail, ........it's a big future tailgate! Convenient and the EZ link trail is at my front door connecting Notre Dame to South Bend........LOVE IT & HOPE YOU DO ALSO!!!

i believe it feels comfortable and we tried to get the finest linens, towels,.....it's well finished comfortable & super convenient fun property.
