The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please take all trash out to the bins. Recycle please put in the bins loosely. No plastic bags in the recycling.
Please leave the beach badges on the kitchen table. Reminder any missing badges cost $100.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Tenants agree to abide by the Borough's local laws and ordinances regarding noise/disturbing the peace, trash, recycling and underage drinking.
Tenants agree to maintain the rental in good order and to surrender it in the same condition as received and as reasonable wear and tear permit.
Smoking inside the home will incur a $1000 fine. When using the grill clean after use $50 cleaning fee will occur. Must be 25+ to rent

We couldnt be happier with this cute little beach bungalo. It was clean, bright, and had everything we needed. The patio was an added bonus for morning coffee. Cant wait to visit again.

Adorable and comfy beach house with off street parking in a nice neighborhood. It was supplied with paper goods, 2 beach passes & beach towels, and even linens and bath towels! My only disappointment was that the kitchen was sparsely supplied despite the listing stating it was fully equipped. So, I was unable to cook anything except microwaveable food. I'd stay again in a heartbeat, but would communicate with the host requesting normally stocked kitchen items all easily remedied:(i.e. some knives, a cutting board, a skillet or two, a spaghetti sized pot, oven mits)

It was clean, but smaller than it looks in the pictures. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable, ended up having to sleep on the couch. We had issues with the front glass door which was bought to the property owner/management attention but nothing was done about it. Also, on the instructions it didn’t say what time was checking out time, but in the Amenities it said before 11:00 AM well had the cleaning lady banging on the door at 10:15 AM telling us we needed to get out because she needed to clean, that the checking out time was 10:00 AM! It was very annoying and very disappointing! And to top it off she called me by the wrong name!!! Manners go a long way! Even after everything, my intention was to leave a tip, well after being rushed out like that, I didn’t leave anything!
