It was all great except for the unexpected limitation of only 8 people per condo unit allowed at the Clubhouse. No where did I see any warning of that limitation in advance, and it was very inconvenient.

Condo was beautiful, kind of a strange layout but it worked, swimming pool was very nice, only two issues hot water in both bathrooms takes a very long time to heat up and if upstairs shower running no hot water downstairs and same if downstairs none upstairs which was inconvenient with a house full of females and we had to purchase toilet paper and garbage bags.
