This spacious 2-bedroom apartment is designed for comfort and relaxation.
• The primary bedroom features a queen-size bed, full closet, bureau with mirror, and a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
• The guest bedroom includes two twin beds and a matching 6-drawer bureau.
• Each bedroom has its own air conditioning unit for personalized comfort.
• A second full bathroom is located in the hallway for added convenience.
The fully equipped kitchen offers an ice-making refrigerator, water dispenser, 4-burner stove, microwave, coffee & tea makers, and all essential cookware and utensils. Guests are welcome to enjoy complimentary coffee, teas, and pantry seasonings.

Guests have full access to:
• All kitchen appliances, cookware, and utensils
• Smart TV with remote
• Ceiling and portable fans
• Toiletries including body wash, shampoo, and conditioner

🔹 Additional Rules for Serenity Sanctuary:
• No smoking inside the apartment. Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas only.
• No pets allowed. We love animals but need to keep the space allergen-free for all guests.
• No parties or loud gatherings. Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
• Please rinse off sand before entering the unit to help us keep the space clean and comfortable.
• Turn off A/C units and lights when leaving the apartment to help conserve energy.
• Please report any damages or issues right away so we can address them promptly.
• Kindly treat the home with care—just as you would your own. 💛
