The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please do not take towels or house linens out of the house.
Please put towels and bed sheets in hampers and leave on top of the wash / dryer
Please return keys to lock box upon departure. Be sure the cargo lift is all the way up and remote is left in the house.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Glen was great! The house is our favorite we've stayed at in the 5-year tradition of going down there. The view of the Gulf is 2nd to none, and there is immediate access to the beach. My favorite part of the stay is that the house smelled warm. The linens did not smell like institutional linens. Everything was soft and comfortable. The stove, cookware, dinnerware, microwave, dishwasher, COUNTERTOP ICE MACHINE, and dual option coffee maker were all 2nd to none. The bathtub was so deep that my wife took an extended bath. And the master shower was huge. The other bathroom was very well stocked and decorated. This house was so impressive that we are already looking to book it next Christmas.
