This home has a spectacular gulf view from the kitchen, living room, master bedroom and guest bedroom! Sleeping quarters include master bedroom with king size bed - guest room with queen bed and a bunk room with 1 full/full bunk bed and one twin/twin bunk bed. For your convenience all beds are pre-made with linens provided for free. But the best part is the view! From the 3 decks you can watch the sun rise or sun set. In addition you will see the ships travel in the Gulf and the barges on the Inter-coastal canal. The grill, two built in picnic tables and bar downstairs make entertaining easy and enjoyable in any kind of weather. WiFi & ROKU are available. Just What We Needed

Quiet location. Beautiful views. Great beach access. Perfect spot to decompress with the hubby after an intense work event!

Great experience

The owner of the property communicates amazingly. New floors were being laid down and due to christmas the workers didnt get the baseboard finished. She offered me her other property, which i actually preferred. We had an amazing time! The whole penninsula has a serious mosquito issue but we had no issues once up on the deck.

Good location down the beach away from main crowds. Too many mosquitoes but it has been a mild winter. House was clean & orderly. Main deck needs a couple minor repairs, mainly cosmetic so far. Host responsiveness was on-point. Check-in and check-out process very smooth. Not a fan of the Roku TV, myself. Overall very good stay...

Clean home, great views, beautiful sunrises

Accurate description by host. House is less than 1/2 lot from dunes so you are about as close to the beach as you can get. Great views of the sunrise and surf. Large deck. We stayed in late October - it was really quiet in the general area on the weekend, and even more quiet during the week. Interior is updated, bed was comfortable. Furniture was comfortable (we find this to not be a common thing). Would be great for a large family or two families.

Many years ago I moved to California from Nebraska but have always missed the mid-western values and hospitality. Through the advice of my brother Mike Walz of Crystal Beach's Walz Family Builders I seized the opportunity to sell my California condominium and built on Bolivar. I appreciate the area and the hospitality. It is like coming back to my roots. I am very pleased to be able to share my home with you. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

Why they chose this property

Since my brother owns a home and a business in Crystal Beach I have visited many times. Each time I fell more and more in love with the area. I decided to invest my retirement money here and I can't wait to share this peaceful stress-free beach with you.

What makes this property unique

The front deck is 16' deep - 8' is covered and 8' is uncovered. Guests are able to enjoy the shade, read, sip a glass of wine or beer or tan in the sunshine. The deck which wraps around 3 sides of the house has private doors from the Master bedroom and Guest bedroom. Each has its own romantic personal space. But the most impressive thing about this home is the spectacular beach front view. The family area under the house includes an enclosed shower, bar and 2 built-in picnic tables. It is a wonderful area that will accommodate many family members and guests. Plus it offers you all the comforts of home with the additional bonus of hearing and watching the surf.
