Our stay at the Riverfront A place was overall very good. The space is what sold it for our family of 8 staying for 9 days while visiting family fit us very well.
We were thankful to find a place where we could all stay together. The house is pretty big but we could not find bedding for the pull-out couches. We had an issue with the kitchen lights not working when we woke up in the morning. Not sure what happened there.

Upon arrival two of the beds (pull-out beds) were lacking any bedding. It took several hours to get a response from host. We went and purchased bedding, because it was getting late, 10:45 pm, and we didn’t want to be without bedding. I had to go back to the store, during our short stay, to return before leaving Indiana. The house wasn’t what I considered to be clean (kitchen cupboards & drawers), and it wasn’t the wasn’t stocked with very many kitchen supplies. There were not top sheets on any of the twin beds or bunk beds. I wondered it the bed covers on the beds are really washed after every stay, or if we were we sleeping under a blanket that someone else had slept under (a really gross feeling)! Also, the whole house smelled of pet iron. Also, we had to buy our own water softener salt, and run before washing any clothes. If we hadn’t lived in Indiana previously, we may not have realized how essential the water softener is. Also, the WIFI was AWFUL! We couldn’t watch any games or programs, without it cutting in and out; even when everyone disconnected their personal devices. However, the back yard and jacuzzi were amazing! Overall, we were very disappointed! As a frequent user of temporary stay places like this, the home has potential, but needs work to be a 5 star experience.
