The stay was great. The property was clean, the location was ideal, the whole thing was wonderful. But from the moment that we booked, we started getting inundated with messaged from REAL JOY VACATIONS. We received at least 15 texts from them while at the property alone. Most asking how our stay was and if we needed anything but eventually they turned to asking us to book another vacation and now I keep getting emails asking me about buying a property in Florida. I've asked multiple times for them to stop emailing and texting but the texts keep coming...even a full week after we checked out!!! So much for a relaxing vacation!!! This has all left a bad taste in my mouth and I'd definitely think twice before booking a property owned by Real Joy Vacations again!!

Overall location, home setup, quality of the furniture and sleep arrangements were great. How close the house was to the beach was excellent. 2 minutes to check in we still had not received any check in instructions. We emailed a few times the morning of check in and the hosts response was very delayed. We tried to call the number listed and no one answered. We were not able to check in right at 4:00pm as the team was still cleaning and unfortunately the home was not clean. The floor was extremely dirty, there was a dirty used brush left behind in a drawer. The company did offer to come in mop but as you can imagine that was not ideal.
