Second visit

We have stayed here for a month stay the past two years. It’s perfect distance from beach, shops, and large enough to accommodate friends and family who drop by during the month. Highly recommend, but just as the listing states, parking extremely limited, though not a big problem for us in the off season.

Great location

The house fit our family very comfortably we had11 people. The neighborhood and location to the beach was perfect a very short walk to beach. The only negatives would be the parking and check out should be later 9 o'clock is way too early.

Great place to stay !!!

l loved that it was one story. It was just the right size for my family. It is close to the pool and not far from the beach. Quiet neighborhood. House was clean and cute. Looks small from outside, but don't let it fool you. We had a great time, and we were comfortable while we were there !!😉💚💛💜💙❤️

House was fine great space but there is no room to park we had three vehicles and they would not fit so if you have more that two small SUVs they won't fit in this parking area so that's something to think about also never got a parking pass

Miramar Beach

Love the area. The floors were absolutely filthy. We made calls to service for help with a bed that was literally broken down. That was remedied on the last day of our stay. The price was way too high for what we hoped for. VRBO especially did absolutely nothing but charge us a large service fee with no real support. We will no longer be using VRBO or Southern Home Rentals to assist with bookings due to outrageous fees (excluding stay price) and substandard service.

Worst property managers ever

They rented us a house that held 16 people and didn’t clarify it had only two parking spots. We asked if it was ok to park at the house until they figured out separate parking. They said yes. We got a ticket from the HOA that same day that they would not cover. The common area toilet backed up with sewage the first day and they told us that no one would be coming to fix it. We had to turn the water off the stench was so bad. I called to ask them for some type of refund and their customer service rep ended up hanging up on me. Do not rent from them if you expect any kind of customer service.

We apologize that the options we provided for additional parking spaces did not work for your group. We do provide all of our guests with the rules for the community, both electronically and in the home, and they detail information about parking. Thank you for reporting the issue with the hallway toilet to us during your stay and while we did do everything we could to correct the issue, we did ultimately need to have the pipe snaked by a plumber. We will certainly use this stay as a training tool for all the parties involved and do apologize if we missed the mark on customer service. Labor Day 2021

Great location with a short walk to the beach. Restaurants and grocery stores nearby. House was clean a well equipped. Host may want to update kitchen skillets. Ran out of propane. Most found beds to be on the firm side. On site Parking is limited but additional parking within the property's made up for it. Overall we had a great experience would probably stay here again.

Family vacation

Loved the property the only downside was the kids didn’t have a lot of space to run around in. The backyard was super small , the patio had no shading , not alot of privacy. Overall if nice neighborhood and would rent again if it was just an adult trip

Much Needed Vacation

The house was nice size for our family. The multiple rooms and beds were excellent for our group. Location was perfect! Beach is walking distance. Nice clean bathrooms by pool area! We enjoyed our stay and the location to restaurants and other beaches is great.
