My family has always stayed at the Phoenix properties, but this unit needs some TLC. The sleeper sofa needs to be replaced. It felt like you were going downhill when you laid on it and the mattress was very thin. The mattress on the king bed was also in need of replacing. In the kitchen the drawer facings kept coming apart. The price has nearly doubled since we were there a few years ago so we felt like this unit was not up to standard. Otherwise great time at Orange Beach!

Great view, dated/stinky condo

This was a great view and accessible to a lot of great locations. The night we arrived, the condo smelled like a wet dog. We ran some fans but the rooms continued to smell a bit dank and musky for the trip. The cabinets and bathroom are pretty dated and chipping, but the space was generally clean.

Disorganized

We had major check in issues and a very rude and uncaring clerk. At 1 pm told us our unit was being cleaned and will be ready at 3:00. At 3 we went to check in and was told that there was a key problem. And unit had not been cleaned or prepped at all. Luckily we were able to get to work with a manager named Julia who took charge to get us in and she should be commended. Garbage disposal was not operational. Unit was very nice though

Amazing location!!

Great!!l location, clean condo. The only downside is the AC doesn’t work from 1st day and 2nd day till we made a complaint to the front desk on Wednesday—but took them whole day to send someone to fixed it—other than that it was greatSpring break 2021 We Will come back again—

We had a wonderful time. Just know the next condos balcony is easily seen from this condos balcony but that didn't effect our trip at all. Would go again.

The view and location is amazing, the condo was decent , pull out bed sheets had what looked like ink/oil stains, several stained towels and breakfast table chair cushions were really stained.

Packed beach nice room

Nice room, 1 bedroom small but worked wonderfully for just 2. Balcony nice and views amazing! All condos along beach so it’s very very very packed with people.

This condo was immaculate! The view from the 15th floor was stunning. The owners furnished the unit with nice furniture and accessories. The kitchen was fully equipped was quality items. I would definitely recommend!

Perfect for my wife & I mid 50's & needed just a few days away alone

Phoenix VIII is SO much quieter and more relaxing than ALL the other Phoenix's... It's still as tall 15 floors as the others but a little smaller and also has 1 Bedrooms. Because we did not take our kids and grandaughter we just wanted a 1 bedroom because how much does a couple really need alone at the beach. The unit was on the top 15th floor which we loved because we NEVER do that with kids and grandchild. The view is perfect with the boats coming out of the orange beach marianas on one side and the Terquose on the other side. The night watchman was so kind. The air condition worked great the bed and chairs were great the tv worked great. The microwave was scheduled to be fixed but we could live without my popcorn for a few days. We really enjoyed our privacy and it was so quiet up on 15, never even saw anyone else. Great Value, it rained 75% of the time we were there and we were still so happy.
