Pool area was always clean. Condo was clean with the exception of the spa tub. Back mold came out of jets, which to be fair is pretty common in rentals from my experience traveling. Communication was on point. Staff were very helpful. Would come back again.

POB is a great facility with all the amenities. Lazy river is the best and will keep is coming back year after year.

Wonderful Stay

Our second time staying at this Phoenix facility. We love the lazy river and the water slide. Seems like this will become a family tradition. See you next year!

Calm and Relaxing

Very clean and loved the location. Access to parking and elevator was wonderful. View was beautiful. Loved the pool and lazy river area. Not crowded and other guests were cordial. The staff made our stay very enjoyable. Looking forward to future stays.
