The huge balcony was so nice. Having a hot tub and pool both inside and out was also a plus. Our hosts were very prompt with any questions we had. A beautiful condo with a beautiful view.

The carpet is tired and worn, but once that’s replaced I think this would be a really nice unit. So well decorated and well set up. Amazing view. One thing to note….you don’t feel much privacy….if your slider is open you can hear everyone’s conversations from the pool, hot tub, and picnic area. Something to keep in mind if you’re looking for privacy, this may not be the one for you. Great communication from property management.

Not our first visit to Grand Pointe, and it certainly won’t be our last! The furniture on the large balcony and in the living room was enough for our family of 6 adults. We were able to secure a third parking spot offsite through Bella Beach, which was so helpful for our family. Communication was great! Beds were comfortable. The view of both the beach and the pass were top notch, and we enjoyed watching the boats come in and out.
