Walk to Sandford Stadium, Five Points, and Downtown. Dawg House on Dearing offers 2 bedrooms with king beds, 2 1/2 bathrooms, and a sleeper sofa. To get to the unit you will need to climb one flight of stairs. There are 2 parking passes provided so no need to worry about parking. Unit also includes a washer and dryer.

My husband and I both graduated from the university of Georgia and we love Athens and all things UGA. It was an exciting time for us in Athens, being there at the same time as R.E.M., the B-52’s, John Mayer, and many more Athens musicians. Since graduating, we have lived overseas in both London, England, and Auckland and New Zealand. We have two daughters, one of them has graduated from law school at UGA. It’s great to have another Dawg in the family!

Why they chose this property

We chose this location for its convenience to fraternity and sorority row, downtown Athens, and five points. We also love that it is a short walk to Sanford Stadium, and all that the UGA campus has to offer.

What makes this property unique

Our property has been recently renovated. We have super comfy beds and furniture. We also have a very large television for all of your favorite shows and sports. The kitchen has a beautiful peninsula with counter seating as well as beautiful granite countertops. The kitchen is well stocked for any needs. You may have to cook meals while you stay at the Daeg House on Dearing.
