OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
High-speed internet is provided but no cable TV service is provided. All 3 televisions are smart TVs, and it is very simple to login to your provider and stream whatever you like (If you already have cable, netflix, hulu, etc.). The unit is on the ground floor and is connected to other units on either side and above, so you will hear some noises through the wall (almost always it is very quiet).
