Guest Access/Interaction:
Guest may gain access to the house anytime after check-in with deadbolt code. The house is setup completely for guest use and everything in the house is accessible to guests with the exception of a locked laundry room utility closet. We provide self check-in so we will not meet in person unless the need arises. The listing is setup exclusively for guest use. We are just a message/call away if you need assistance or suggestions of things to do in the area!

Centrally located Old Florida neighborhood one mile south of Downtown Melbourne.

Other things to note:
For authorized pets we charge $20/night up to $500 per pet. Please contact us for approval.
We have a Mr. Coffee 6 cup traditional drip coffee maker.
The thermostat has a lower limit of 69 degrees to prevent the unit from freezing.

The cottage was just as described, well stocked and great neighborhood. Very comfortable and the large window seat was a great place to read. Hosts were great! Will stay again when we visit.

Charming, lovely home in peaceful, tranquil setting! Home had everything you could possibly need to enjoy an amazing stay. Hosts were awesome and super clean and beautiful! We'll definitely stay again!

The entire peocess from online reservation to check out was a 5 star experience. The hosts were very receptive if I had questions or needed direction. The house is absolutely beautiful! The details are so lovely and it was the perfect place to take my mom and MIL for a quick girls weekend. Everyone was comfortable, relaxed and loved love loved it!! We will be back!!!

Beautiful, adorable home! If we could give more than 5 stars, we would. We have stayed at other properties from the same owners, and all first class in every respect. The property is well managed, and extremely clean, with excellent communication. We will definitly return to this place. BTW, our dogs also loved it! This is one property to seriously consider. First rate!

The house is cute and close to Florida Tech where ouur son goes to school. However the continuous passsing of the trains at all hours of the morning and day was noot so plesent.

This was a great stay. I wish it had been longer. I loved the quiet trains that passed a couple times during the day. I plan to return to Melbourne and will hope to stay again. I suggest a guest book. I love to read them when I visit vrbos. DJMO
