We loved our stay at the cottage. Everything was as stated and then some! The pictures do not do this place justice. Beautiful, clean, quiet place. The location was perfect and we enjoyed seeing the horses, especially the mares and foals. Close to many attractions and restaurants. There is a nice little patio type area too! Nicely stocked kitchen. We hope to stay here again. Sharon was a great host. Very responsive.

We absolutely loved our stay! The location was close to everything we were doing. The house had light blocking curtains which is a huge plus. We didn’t really cook anything but the kitchen was well stocked and would have been very convenient to prepare meals. The hot water stayed hot through all the showers. The house was just as pictured and the view around us was even better than the photos. We hope to stay here again in the future.

I can’t say enough good stuff about this property. My wife and I (and our two kids) took my parents to Lexington for the weekend so they could experience horse country and this house was a perfect authentic stay. The house was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. The scenery was excellent with beautiful sunrises and sunsets overlooking multiple pastures with horses. Sharon was very communicative and provided us with everything we needed for our stay. I would definitely recommend and will be coming back.
