Situated on a scenic highway, this tastefully remodeled and decorated cottage is centrally located near Keeneland Racetrack, prominent thoroughbred farms, Bourbon Trail, Kentucky Horse Park and historic Midway. It features two bedrooms, two baths, fully-equipped kitchen, large, bright sunroom, laundry and covered parking. This quiet getaway can comfortably sleep 6 with one queen bed and two full beds. Three miles from I-64, this cottage is minutes from Bluegrass Airport. Whether you are visiting the bluegrass area for a special event or for interesting sites and relaxation, this location is great.

Quiet, cozy, beautiful little place in gorgeous Kentucky. The hosts were wonderful with communications, and stepped up to help when we had a medical emergency. House was cozy enough for a 2 person getaway, but also ample room for a family or group. I hope to go back one day for a nice getaway

Wonderful weekend getaway

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage! It was very clean and well stocked. We were in the area for a wedding at Merefield Farms and this was the perfect location with only being 10 minutes away! We will definitely stay again whenever we are in the Lexington area!

Peaceful retreat in horse country

Annual visit for KY 3Day Event and fortunate to have found such a cozy gem to call home during our visit! This property is located in lush horse country and a short drive to a few small towns and the Horse Park. Accommodations were very comfortable and sparkling clean. Bonus that we got to meet Carol on our way out. She's delightful. We'll be back!

Stayed here for 9 nights while my daughter showed her horse at the Kentucky Horse Park. The house was clean and well stocked with coffee, towels and blankets. Carol and John were great hosts. Would definitely stay here again.
