Space close to everything and centrally-located. Close to beaches, restaurants, hospitals highway and malls. Quiet and peaceful, surrounded by nature. Escape to this enchanting studio in picturesque Manatí, 40 minutes from or to San Juan.

This cozy retreat offers two nice rooms; one with a Queen bed and a comfy futon and another room with two bunk beds, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Guests can enjoy the convenience of WiFi, AC, a peacefully space during their stay; the bathroom features a refreshing shower. 

Discover the gorgeous nature that surrounds this place to stay. Explore beautiful beaches like “Marchiquita”, “La poza de las mujeres”, “Los tubos”, “Puerto Nuevo” and many more… Go to the natural pools close to our place. 

Also From Tuesday to Friday from 10am to 3:30pm there is a food truck (Fuego a la leña) on site. They serve Creole food like Mofongo and homemade style hamburgers, also pasta. 

For non US guest (international guests): mobile internet and cell phone are available free of charge for use during your stay. If you need any of those, please request it in your reservation.

The pool is located on the terrace (a shared area), but is exclusively for our guests' use when visiting us.

Washing machines and dryers are available upon request. Guests must bring their own laundry supplies. 

Smoking is only allowed outside the room, outdoors.

Great place to stay, know what to expect from Manati area. Everything you need is in the room for your entire stay. This is Puerto Rico. Many beaches close by. Just sleep at the place then enjoy Puerto Rico.

It was neat and easy to find with good air conditioner and wifi. The shower had great temp and pressure.The ceiling dripped water all over the floor every time it rained.

Unit was safe and it was clean. At check in it was difficult to find the door. It is a basement unit around back. Doors are very short. Watch your head.
