Automatic Power Generator!, Water tank for emergencies! Air conditioner in all rooms! Ground Pool!, Pool table, Jockey table, dominoes table, ping pon table, Packman free machine, BBQ, Exterior furniture, suntan lounge!! Is the perfect place to enjoy a vacation time.
And the best, we are at 10 min. away from Marbella beach, at Puerto Nuevo Vega Baja. The community is not gated, but the closed garage door provides safe and direct access to the interior of the residence. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, fridge, airfrier, toaster, and coffee maker to taste our rich Puerto Rican coffee that we left for you. The kitchen also has utensils, dishes, saucepans, wine glasses, and others. One of the bathrooms has chair accessibility, sink and toilet in the area of the 2 bedrooms and the other has access to the master bedroom and through the pool area. It the second bathroom has a shower, sink, and toilet. And the Master's room has a king bed and a new bunk bed full/twin, dresser, TV with Netflix and it have a direct access to the the parking and the pool. The second bedroom has two bunk beds, and the third bedroom has a double bed. Both have closets with hangers and night tables.
The house has a spacious living room with TV and Netflix, dining room inside for 4 guest, and dinning table outside for 6. The pool area has a fence around it, the space is perfect for BBQ day, and has a shower to bathe before using the pool. There are no lifeguards, for this reason, it is forbidden to run in the area or to make head dives in the pool. Parents should not leave their children unattended at any time. The house is a very private and safe space and has Cameras outside the property and Security Alarms for total tranquility for the visitor and own security. Cameras are recorded in the pool area and in the entrance. The House and the pool is private and exclusive for the use of the guest. No visit are allow. We are looking forward to your visit.

This place was excellent and Heriberto provided great service. There was a minor issue with the fridge which he resolved the same day within a couple of hours. The house is very comfortable and has everything you need to have an enjoyable stay. The backup generator was a huge plus as there was a power outage one evening that lasted several hours. We look forward to our next stay on this property.

Loved the house it was in a nice and quiet neighborhood and close to Playa Puerto Nuevo and not too far from the airport. House was very clean and host was very welcoming and kind. He met us at the house for check in and was very quick to bring us more pool towels when we asked.

It was absolutely beautiful and clean. The host was so kind and helpful. We were craving Sancocho and he went above and beyond to find us some before we left. Pool was super clean. This is the second time we book with him. Cant wait to book another stay! This is worth every penny! And most importantly very safe area!!!!

This house and host were both amazing. The house was clean and the pool was wonderful after a hot day of sightseeing. The host was available whenever we contacted him and offered ideas for local eateries. The second bathroom was a little small but it was nice having two bathrooms when we needed it. The house was air conditioned which made it nice after hot days. I would recommend this property to family and friends.

This amazing house exceeded our expectations. It had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were spacious as was the rest of the house. The kitchen was well equipped with appliances, cookware, dinnerware, and utensils, even delicious Puerto Rican coffee. The house was spotless, in a great location and a quiet neighborhood. The pool was nice and very clean. Heriberto, the owner, was wonderfully responsive, welcoming, and very friendly. Thank you Heriberto for your kindness and generosity! We will definitely stay at your house in the future.

This rental was exactly what we were looking for! The house is in the town of Vega Baja, which is 30 min from SJ with no traffic. It’s not located in a touristy part of the island which is what we wanted. The owner Heriberto was communicative before we arrived ( I had water concerns which did not affect our stay at all), met us upon arrival and when we left he wished us back! You will hear roasters in the morning, the coquis at night and dogs barking which again we expected and was by no means disruptive. The house had plenty of fresh linens and towels, beach chairs and beach towels we appreciated and used during our stay. My kiddos also very much enjoyed the pool a few times which was maintained and has some nice overhead shade, pool noodles and chairs around the pool area. You may see a critter or 2 in the house , we even got a little lizard we chased out the front door, but these things are expected so we were not bothered whatsoever. Amenities were all available as pictured, cool pool table my kids enjoyed a few times. The grill could be better. I believe it’s not the one pictured and had build up on it which we probably could have cleaned but we were on vacation so we didn’t end up grilling which was fine but worth mentioning. Plenty of space in all the bedrooms with air conditioning in all rooms, we were very happy with our stay! Thank you Heriberto for the stay and your home! We will contact you for future visits to your beautiful island.

Vega Baja was a great location. Cute, safe neighborhood tucked away. Loads of beautiful beaches nearby. Great bakery (Jardin) so close! Owner was super helpful and responsive!

Everything that we needed and more for our family of five. Great neighborhood, very clean and roomy. The pool and the rec room kept us busy during our downtime and the owner is very responsive and kind.

Amazing

Host was really kind and was attentive about everything. Made sure we were comfortable and made sure we were good. Place was really nice and comfortable. Place had a bunch of different activities for fun so you couldn’t be bored at all. Neighborhood is really safe. Me and my family had such a great stay. Would recommend this place 100%. Definitely would stay again.

My group of four really enjoyed staying at this property! Heriberto is a great host who responded immediately to any questions we had! The house and pool were clean, the neighborhood is quiet, parking in the driveway, garage and/or street. The laundry washer/dryer alleviated any overpacking by us! Nearby bakery offered delicious quesitos, tres leches and even a few grocery items. A SuperMax grocery store is very close to the house as well as gas stations and restaurants. The pool area of the house backs up to a wooded area offering great birdwatching with PR Lizard-Cuckoo, PR Spindalis, PR Woodpecker, and lots more! Nice, cozy pool area had very comfortable seating for the four of us. I think 6 would be the max number of people to fit comfortably at this property. Kitchen could use a few items like potholders and dish towels but that is minor and we bought a few household items to leave behind. Thank you for a wonderful stay in beautiful Puerto Rico!

Great place to stay!

We really enjoyed being at this property. The kids were in the pool and playing PacMan every day. It was really helpful having the washer and dryer on-site, and detergent and dryer sheets were provided. The kitchen was well-equipped. Host was SUPER responsive, and very friendly but not at all intrusive. One thing to know is that the third bedroom (master bedroom) is in a different area than the other two bedrooms. That worked well for our family. Overall, incredible stay and we enjoyed the house.

WE DON'T HAVE PROBLEM WITH THE WATER SERVICE, BUT FOR YOUR TRANQUILITY HAVE WATER TANK AND POWER GENERATOR FOR EMERGENCIES. I like to interact with people. I give my guest his space, but I am available if them need anything, I live near. I'm a former police officer and I carry a regulation weapon in the secure case.

The neighborhood is secure and you have a perfect access to the Supermarket, Pharmacies, Restaurants and stunning beaches.

What makes this property unique

The pool is private, only for the guests. The house have a power generator and a water tank for emergencies. Have pool table, jockey table, dominoes table, pink pong table and a Pack man Play machine. And at 10 minutes you will find one of the most beautiful beaches in the north of the island Puerto Rico.
