About this property
Tiny House Nature Retreat
If you have been looking and want to experience staying in a Tiny House, here is your chance!
Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable 6-acre escape. Imagine waking up in the morning, sipping coffee and looking at the peaks of the Mountains in the distance -Canon, Lafeyette, Wheeler Hill, are just a few you will see. Later, walk a 1/4 mile to the reservoir to swim, fish, and kayak! This is an established birding area. Eagles and Ospreys fly overhead. At night, light the fire pit, cook some food on the grill, and possibly see the wildlife. At night, look up at the stars, very little light pollution here! Wake up in the morning and enjoy your coffee. Deer usually walk around in the wee hours. The property has solar lights, a solar security camera, and plenty of parking for your boat or ATV. The ATV trail is 400 ft away from the driveway. Moore Reservoir is 1/4 mile away with a boat ramp and swim recreation area. This property is quiet and secluded, only 10 minutes from Lancaster and Littleton, NH.
Sleeping area A full-size pillow-top Murphy bed pulls down directly in front of the French wood doors. Two skylights are above the bed. The sun rises towards the front of the Tiny. I have tried to include everything that will be needed in the kitchen to cook -Glasses, cutting board, utensils, French Press, percolator kettle, plates, etc. Tools for the propane grill and charcoal smoker. I do not include coal for smoker. Blackout Curtains on every window except skylights. On board water tank and propane cooktop. Water will need to be filled with supplied washing water. DC USB plugs provide power to charge a cellphone. DC-powered chest fridge. There is no 120-volt power from the street. There is an outdoor composting toilet that you can use. It is in an enclosure for privacy. Waste needs to be disposed of accordingly. Outdoor shower with hot water via propane. Parking area. If you have a generator, bring it. Bring bug spray for ticks, flashlight, etc.

We had an awesome weekend at Steve’s tiny home! It’s in such great spot with an excellent view and a quick drive to Franconia notch state park, Littleton, and more!
We had an excellent time staying at the tiny house!!! Running water was very appreciated, vibes were immaculate, and the property itself was perfectly maintained. The tour Steve gave us when we arrived was very comprehensive and genuinely interesting and enjoyable! Very much recommend for friends or couples seeking to get away from technology for a weekend.
Great view and adorable accommodations. Steve’s tiny house had a lot of cool features for living off the grid! He was an attentive host and made sure we knew how to use everything the place had to offer. It was super private and quiet, but a quick enough drive to town and the sights that Littleton/lisbon had to offer. We had a great time!
