Awesome customer service. Clean and spacious. Conveniently located, short drive to boardwalk. We had an awesome time. We just wished the pool stayed open later than 8pm.

Fantastic condo building

Captiva bay is in a great location. Short walk to beach and tons of restaurants and activities! The condo itself was beautiful and spacious. It was clean with a few stains on comforters and some furniture. A little outdated but extremely comfortable and spacious for my family of 4!

Perfect location

This property was great for my family of six. Location was right up to our expectations with in walking distance to beach, restaurants, and other stores. Neighborhood was peaceful the wrap around balcony great, we were able to see fireworks from the location. Would definitely recommend and return in the near future.

The property is great!! Abundant parking, secured building, close to transportation and conveniences like restaurants and public transportation. The only thing I would try next time is to try and get a unit on a higher floor so you have a better view of the water, lower floors give you a view of the street and neighborhood.

Great Place!

The pictures were very accurate. The pool on the roof was cool and our sons enjoyed that. Walking over to the beach was way as it is near a cross walk. The wrap around deck was really impressive. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was cleaned and in order. I would choose to stay here again.

Family Beach Trip

The location was perfect, close to the beach and other activities. The condo had a great porch and outdoor seating area. Sleeping arrangements worked well for us with 7 guests. Not a lot of kitchen equipment, but we didn't cook much so it was not a concern this trip. Check in and out was easy and painless. Communication with the rental agency was great. My kids loved the pool on the roof. Great vacation, thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great spacious unit with bay views and close to the beach

Ocean city stay

Loved the wrap around deck. Great access to both beach and bay. Prompt attention to issues. There were black socks on the deck and a pair of underwear in the dryer that did not belong to us.

Amazing

Absolutely amazing! The photos online do not do this place justice! So close to the beach and right on the bay! We watched the sunset on the roof top every night. The family enjoyed the pool and the condo was so spacious. Beautiful wrap around deck! We will definitely go back!

Amazing condo

The condo itself was amazing. Unfortunately when we got there the regular bathroom was dirty, we had to clean it ourselves. The condo overall was beautiful and has a amazing deck. The property management company was great to deal with!

The suite was spacious and comfortable! The property managers are easy to get ahold of and provide with quick responses. The deck and rooftop pool were our favorite parts of our stay. It wasn’t too busy and the kids had a blast jumping in over and over. The view was spectacular from the roof. The location is great, just a couple blocks from the beach and a quick walk to convenience stores. It is right next to some sort of power plant which is a bit noisy and ugly when outside. Inside you can’t hear it. The fire alarms for the entire building went off twice on Saturday.. once at 8am, once around 10pm, which was inconvenient and scared the kids. We still have no idea what the issue was. Some of the amenities could use an update, pull out bed wasn’t super appealing, countertops were peeling at certain places, I cooked and certain pans could be replaced and I could’ve used more cooking utensils. Cleaning crew knocked on the door 20 min before check out time on Sunday.

Memorial Day get away

We enjoyed staying at the Captiva Bay condo. The people that own condos there were friendly and very helpful as well as the neighbors. The property manager was amazing with communication. Our location was perfect. Short walk to the beach and short drive to the boardwalk. Our family very much enjoyed the pool on the roof. The view was amazing! The only issue we had was getting the wifi to work and not really having cable channels to watch at night. The tv’s were outdated and we were unable to cast our phones into them. Overall the issue with the wifi and tvs would not prevent us from staying there again! We will definitely be returning.

Beautiful condo very spacious

In the beginning of our stay, there was actually some issues due to a blocked pipe. Unfortunately, during our stay, we had to have workers come in to fix the walls and paint. They did a quick and wonderful job, even though it was a slight inconvenience. Other than that, the condo itself was beautiful and spacious enough for me and my family that consisted of 6 adults. As well as other family and friends we had over throughout the week. Location was excellent especially convenient having the Wine and more store in front of the Condo. Would highly recommend staying here and would stay here again.

Captiva Bay 101

The property is great - clean, great location, quiet. The kids enjoyed being able to go out to the dock and fish. The unit we stayed in, was okay. We had plenty of room for 4 teens and 2 adults, nice kitchen, washer/dryer, 2 full bathrooms. The condo needs a good deep cleaning and some quick fixes. Carpet was really dirty, furniture had stains, there was a thick build up of dust around every vent and on every ceiling fan, a few of the bed linens were stained, master bathroom shower was extremely slow to drain. A few of the blinds had missing slats. The bunk bed safety rail was broken, not a huge issue for a teenager, but for smaller children it would be a concern. These things didn’t ruin our stay but it was a little disappointing for the price we paid.

Lovely Apartment

Condo is large, clean, and nicely decorated. The management, Seaside Vacations, has always been exceptionally responsive and a pleasure to work with. This year made our third vacationing at this condo.
