The condo was clean, spacious and nice. Some things I would suggest: 1) Provide a map of the condo property so it's easier to find the room, pool, etc. 2) Get new sheets as they were nubby. 3) Provide more bathroom amenities such as larger bottles of shampoo, body wash, etc. Overall it was a very nice property and I would stay here again.

Beautiful place, everything provided. Things to note: the host asks you to strip beds and do laundry in addition to running the dishwasher and taking out the trash before you leave. Took off 1 star for that, housekeeping is not my job. The charging station in the headboard in the 1st bedroom only works when the wall switch is on. The courtyard was under construction during our visit and that was our balcony view; this was not mentioned anywhere. Overall great place, would recommend.

Jean, Thanks for taking the time to review. We clearly send anything we ask with the rental agreement and the reason we do is so you know upfront, it just helps us be able to get people in early if needed and get the units cleaned in time. What we ask should take less than 5 minutes but if people do not have time that is fine too. We also very clearly posted on every unit we manage about the construction. It has been in every single property description since May of 2025, sorry it was missed. We want to be as transparent as possible to avoid people not knowing

Amazing stay

This property is located in a small quiet suburb of Fort Lauderdale. It is very spacious, clean and stocked with anything you could need for your stay. The grotto with the pool was my favorite place to be. Perfect to cool down after a day on the town. The beds were all very comfortable. Definitely would stay again! Thank you!

Great Location

Great condo for families wanting to see all of the Keys. With a great pool, private beach area, and Smathers Beach just a short walk, it has everything a family might need. Clean and adorned with all the comforts of home, it will ensure a great family trip to Key West!

Great place for our family vacation

Our family had a great time here on vacation. The complex was quiet and peaceful at night, and everyone we met there was friendly and welcoming. The condo had everything we needed, and was clean and comfortable. Will definitely consider being a return customer!

The location was excellent and very quiet. The rental was extremely clean, and everything shown in the listing photos was accurately represented.That said, for the price per night, the overall quality fell short. Nearly all usable items were low quality. The beds and sheets felt inexpensive, and even basics like the toilet paper were poor quality. Each bed had only a sheet and a very lightweight quilt. Our family prefers heavier blankets for sleeping, but there were no extra blankets available in the rental.When we called to request blankets, the individual we spoke with was rude and made comments about them monitoring the thermostat, noting that we had lowered it to 69F briefly and then set it to 70F. After calling twice, three fleece blankets were eventually provided.Additionally, guests are required to do laundry before checkout. While this has become more common, for the price of this rental, requiring all laundry to be completed—with no more than two loads left unwashed—does not align with what I would expect from a higher-end property.I would consider staying again due to the location, but I would definitely explore other options before booking.

Family Key West Vacation

Really enjoyed staying here for our vacation with our young kids, 4 and 6 years old. The property had great community amenities and the condo had everything we needed to be comfortable. The location was not central but the onsite parking garage made it easy to get to where we wanted to go. The calm and quiet environment, especially in the evenings, made this our top choice.

We enjoyed this property. The closest beach is a short walk, but not a good beach. Beach lovers should Uber or drive elsewhere. This place had everything we needed.

Great spot off the main road. Quiet and great pool side view. Our AC went out late on the 3 rd night and they were there to fix the next morning and cooled us off in no time. Master shower was a little dingy but everything else was perfect. Definitely would recommend renting and we would possibly stay again in the same condominium building.
