Beautiful architect designed home from the 1990`s in the process of being lovingly restored and redecorated. This is a unique 2-part home with the front building consisting of the living room with soaring 2 story ceilings, a full kitchen (refrigerator w/ice-maker, dishwasher, stove, oven, etc.) with an eat-in kitchen at the island and a full bath with tub. Multiple glass doors at the rear overlooks the pool and rear cottage.
Separating the front home for the rear home is a private heaed pool, decking with outdoor covered dining and island landscaping.
The rear house has separate entrances to each of the 2 bedrooms. One is a spacious king suite and the other a queen suite. There is an intimate shower with stained glass and an adjacent bathroom. There will also be a private outdoor shower in the near future.
Air-conditioning and ceiling fans throughout...PLUS an off-street private parking spot!
