Very clean apartment. Host is very responsive. Very close to the beach which is super convenient. Nice deck to watch sunrise/sunset from or just enjoy the sights. Nice place. Would stay there again. Only thing is, you can go bring your own sheets/towels as they aren’t provided. It would be nice if that was in the listing but the host let me know the morning of. Overall I’d recommend it.

This property was in a great location! My mom went on vacation with us and she's almost 89. She was able to get up and down the stairs just fine. It was also great to see the fireworks right from the balcony attached to the unit. We didn't have to share it with other guests. It has a stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and a regular drip coffee pot. All utensils, pots, pans, plates. Bowls etc. There was dish soap and a sponge. Not sure if it was left by a prior guest but it was great. Parking at the central lot on Ashworth Ave was extra but it was worth it. Literally only steps from the property. The beach was just as close. My family and I would definitely stay again!!
