Island Winds East Units: During Spring Break, mid-May through mid-August, Labor Day, and the Shrimp Festival event, each unit is allotted one (1) parking pass, regardless of its size. Extra parking options are available offsite, and please note that these arrangements may be subject to change.
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

*Rates are set by the HOA and are subject to change without prior notice.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

Spontaneous trip to the beach

We decided on short notice to go to the beach and found this until available in Gulf Shores. Everything was as advertised and we had no issues. Only wish it could have been a longer stay!

The exterior of the property was really nice. Loved pool location and grills were an extra bonus. The pictures made the space look larger than it actually was and threw us off at first. But the space was sufficient for my husband and I. Didn't like the location of bedroom being by street side. Noise level of garbage pickup each morning at 4 something woke us up. Couple of things in room were broken or missing that should really be addressed. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will definitely use their services again.

gulf front condo

view from condo was awesome. Found the condo to be clean and neat. Few suggestions would be to leave more than one roll of toilet tissue since their is no kleenex furnished. Update bathroom. Some issues with TV but was due to Direct TV service. We would stay there again.

Very accommodating

We arrived and it was at a nice, cool temperature. Perfect after spending time in the heat traveling. Towels and linens were soft and fresh. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few things. There's a Dollar General and Walmart down the road to buy our food/snacks. The outdoor patio had comfortable chairs and side tables that made it easy to enjoy the beach without being on the hot beach. Close enough to walk to several restaurants and bars so we didn't need to pay additional parking fees. We felt very safe in the area and the staff was all very nice.

Room has terrible Oder , light sockets loose bed broken at headboard had to prop up with pillows could not use washer while watching tv sounded like mri machine floors were extremely dirty fan in bathroom rattled bad window in bedroom was so bright it lit up room made it very hard to sleep worse stay in 30 years of coming to gulf shores

Our stay was good except for a couple items. First on our arrival, the lady working in the office was NOT friendly or helpful. Second, we were watching TV one night and a cleaning lady entered our room. Said she was told to clean it. That was 4 days before we were to check out.

Weekend Getaway

The location was very convenient, right on the beach. Our room had a balcony over looking the ocean. Checkin and out was a breeze. It works well for a weekend getaway for two people, we spent most of the time at the beach. It does have a pull out couch, but not comfortable for adults. May work for children as it’s a thinner mattress. The main bed was nice. The only thing we missed were cuddle blankets. The AC worked extremely well and we got cold even with it set at 75, and other than a thin comforter on the bed, there were only sheets. We just went out and purchased a couch blankie for the stay and brought it back home with us. Overall, we would stay again.

Great location for visitor attractions and beautiful view of the ocean.

We loved the location of the condo in relation to Gulf Shores Attractions. The condo came with a wonderfully equipped kitchen and A great view from the balcony. The only negative was this is more of a studio style condo meaning there is no door separating the bedroom from the rest of the condo. It worked out great for us but for some that could make a difference. Overall great experience with staff and all!!

Location was good. Beach was awesome. Elevator not working 1st day. Rug in the stairwell for 2+ days. Urine on 2nd floor landing - never cleaned our entire stay.
