Overall we had a good stay. Our host was very nice and responsive. The apartment could use a little bit of updating, newer towels and a deep clean to get rid of the cobwebs for example. We would recommend this place and go back again.

Great Budapest Stay

Very comfortable, immaculate, well-equipped, roomy apartment in a great location in the 5th district. Property manager was very helpful. We would definitely stay again.

Fernando is the Perfect Host

Fernando provided easy to follow directions to get from the airport to the accommodation. He met us at the gate of the apartment and helped us settle in. The apartment was warm, clean and spacious. It is perfectly located. The kitchen is well equipped and perfect for a small family.

Perfect location - highly recommend!

It was an easy walk from this apartment to anything we wanted to see or do. It is on the ground floor of the back courtyard of a building on a pedestrian street. Very quiet, way away from the street, we felt secure, and we never heard the neighbors. Good restaurants (even the tourist ones) a Lidl, wine shops, coffee shops, Turkish bath, Great Market, bridges to Buda nearby. The kitchen had the essentials, the bathroom had a small washer.

Good value for the money

The apartment is spacious on the ground floor in a quiet, centrally located street. Everything we needed was provided, including a washer, fully equipped kitchen and a king-sized bed. There was no street noise and all attractions were close and easily accessible. Highly recommended!

Great location

Was able to walk under 10 min to most if the Pest tours and only 30 min across from the hilly Buda side. Close to all public transportation to any place in Budapest. Lots of local restaurants and cafes as well as grocery stores. A very pleasant experience in a city with stunning buildings from all time periods and a colourful history. The apartment was roomy and in a courtyard. Felt like a local - very authentic with complete amenities.

Absolutely perfect!

This apartment was clean, super quiet and safe. The bed and pullout bed were very comfortable. It was spacious and more than big enough for two people. The kitchen had all the essentials for a short stay. The apartment was nicely updated. The location was superb - easy walk to lots of restaurants and shopping and to some of the sights. Transit was a breeze from here. And what I really also loved was the setting - the apartment was on the ground floor of a building that was accessed from the street via a private door that opened into a communal courtyard. I really felt that we were getting a taste of what it is like to live in Budapest. I’d highly recommend Fernandino’s place.

Spacious apartment in a great location

The place is pretty big and fairly well equipped for the price point. The wifi is also pretty good which is not something I've found to be common throughout Europe. The host gives a thorough walkthrough of the entire place and lets you know how everything works. My only complaint is that the neighbor had their TV loud until around 2:00 a.m. every night, in a room that appears to share a wall with the bedroom. I would gladly stay here again though. It's in a secured compound just off of Váci u, a popular street to walk down with things going on day and night.

Comfortable, well located apartment

I have to congratulate host Ferdinando on his amazing service to us. He communicated so promptly and made sure he answered all our questions. He was out of town but made sure his friend met us when we arrived and provided us with all the information we needed. The apartment was well thought out, comfortable, and secure. We were very close to transit options and were able to make use of Budapest's excellent transit system to see the city. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone who wants a centrally located, walk friendly place to relax after exploring the beautiful city of Budapest. Thanks Ferdinando. You were a perfect host.

Best vacation ever!

Apartment has been located in a very quiet area and very close to main tourist area - street Vaci utca (just around a corner from the house – maybe 100 m away from Vaci), but you are not getting any noise from the tourists at all! The flat has been recently renovated (all rooms except kitchen are equipped with hardwood) and it looks like a new one (hardwood floor is shiny like a mirror) We enjoyed our stay (one week) much! Apartment has everything you will need for the short stay in Budapest: well equipped kitchen, bathroom (even bigger than ours at home ). Restaurants, shops, public transport (bus, metro, boat for the nice trips on the Danube) you will reach just in a few minutes. The owner Ferdinando is very polite and nice person. He answered all our questions and did a good useful recommendations (in terms of restaurants, shopping, sightseeing etc.). Next time, if we will decide again to visit Budapest – we only will again ask Ferdinando for booking! Thanks in advance Ferdinando! Grazie mille!!

Rigtig god beliggenhed med en meget hjælpspm og tålmodig vært t.

Vi var meget glade for opholdet i lejligheden. vores vært var fantastisk hjælpsom. lejligheden har en fremragende beliggenhed, tæt på indkøbs muligheder og Metro/off. transport. Kan meget anbefales til en Weekend-/byferie i Budapest.
