You DO NOT need to remove the bed sheets Set the thermostat to 75°F before you leave. Make sure all windows and doors are securely locked.
Turn off all lights, TVs, and appliances before you go. Log off all personal accounts (Netflix, Prime Video, Apple TV, etc) Please send us a text when you have departed from the property.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

I am from Atlanta and I had a family reunion to attend in Jacksonville North Carolina. The dates were July 18 ,19,and the 20th of 2025. My family and I found your home clean, beautiful and in a quiet neighborhood. It was a home away from home. I would definitely stay again.

Why they chose this property

It has been my dream for many years to have a home near the beach. I chose this area because it is close enough to have easy access to it without the risk of being too close and risking devastating storm damage. It is also a quiet community with lots of beach access and much less crowded than some of the other North Carolina beaches.

What makes this property unique

I wanted to create a calm and serene coastal oasis away from the stressors of daily life. I believe I have created this beautifully styled getaway which features cozy, light-filled interiors with natural textures, calming colors, and thoughtful amenities throughout.
