The spacious kitchen has everything you need for cooking and entertaining. Business-friendly and family-friendly. To comply with Austin city ordinance, a minimum stay of 30 days is required.

The kitchen is generous with granite countertops, premium fixtures and appliances, a gas range, ample storage, and is well-equipped for entertaining. There is a very large pantry. The long dining table seats six. A full-size Maytag washer and dryer set hide in a utility closet just off of the kitchen.

The living room features comfortable leather and wood furniture, a 4k television with a Google Chromecast device ready to stream your content.

The front porch spans the width of the house and overlooks a quiet street where neighbors walking dogs may stop to chat. Red oak trees provide spring and summer shade, and fall color all along the street.

The private back patio is furnished with table and chairs for relaxing chats or dining al fresco.

The oversized two-car garage provides shelter from the elements and a sense of security knowing your car is protected. Free parking on the street is also available should you prefer that, or have guests over.

This home is in a great location in the Mueller neighborhood in East Austin. You're just half a block from a neighborhood park with a swimming pool, playground, and basketball court. Walk slightly farther to Morris Williams Golf Course or dozen other green spaces with swimming pools, playgrounds, bocce, sand volleyball, hike and bike trails, greenbelts, gardens, and a farmers market.
