Spacious 4-bedroom, 3- full bathroom home located on the East Side of Saratoga Springs, within close proximity and walkable to downtown and the Saratoga Race Course. This nearly 3,000 sq. ft. residence is fully furnished with high-quality finishes throughout. The primary suite includes a king bed, large walk-in closet, and large private bathroom with large shower and bathtub. Additional three bedrooms include one with a queen bed, one with two twin beds, and one with a single twin bed. The house has central air throughout for warmer months with all bedrooms having their own thermostat and temperature controls. The master bedroom has its own heat control and the double twin bedroom thermostat controls the heat for the three remaining bedrooms. The two additional full bathrooms—one on the upper level and one on the main floor are spacious with extra large showers. If you love to cook the kitchen is equipped with commercial-grade appliances and a full wet bar with sink and Sub-Zero ice maker. Common areas include a living room, dining room, and family room. Outdoor features include a fenced yard with a Weber Grill and a comfortably furnished front porch overlooking East Avenue. High-speed internet and Wi-Fi are available throughout the home. Smart TVs are provided in the living room, family room, and three of the four bedrooms. This house provides all the comforts of home.

Why they chose this property

I’ve lived in the neighborhood for over 30 years and there’s so much to do in the City with two racetracks, 2 national museums and several more as well, outdoor concerts at Saratoga Performing Arts Center, too many golf courses to name, thriving downtown with restaurants and shopping, a gaming casino, and the list goes on. Everything literally minutes away from this house and much of it within walking distance.

What makes this property unique

This 1921 house was completely renovated and has virtually no signs of wear and tear for a house that’s over 100 years old. Property maintenance has always been a top priority. So, you won’t be disappointed with ANY substandard living conditions.
