Check-out instructions

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave all used towels in the laundry room basket. Turn off all lights and ceiling fans, including the under-counter LED lights.
Place trash in the bins in the carport. If checking out on Saturday or Sunday, please leave bins at the end of the driveway for pickup.
Close the blinds and the sliding door curtain. Set AC to 75. Return kayaks and paddles to the hangers under the stairs. Cover the BBQ and return to the area under the stairs.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
By booking and staying, guests agree to use the pool, boat dock and ramp, kayaks, and stairs at their own risk. Supervise children at all times.
The boat lift and boat located on the property are NOT part of the rental agreement and are strictly prohibited and off-limits to guests.
The boat ramp can be slippery. Use at your own risk. Do not leave noodles or other floatation devices in pool when not using the pool.

It was a perfect home, location and vacation! We celebrated our 19th annual Sister Siesta. We especially enjoyed the sunrises and sunsets, cooking together, playing games, laughing and walking the "hood"! The pool and kayaks were added attractions. This is a beautifully renovated home to enjoy for any special occasion!

The host for this property was communicative easily accessible via email.This was a beautiful property to enjoy for a week. It was furnished well, obviously rennovated quite recently and in pristine shape when we arrived. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and made our meals easy to put together.The whole place was very clean and everyone in the group made comments to that effect and how great a find this place was. The pool was delightful and we used it almost every day. The weather turned quite cool so the last few days we did not swim, but could have since the water temp was perfect!We enjoyed the really nice showers, the big TV, the round table in the kitchen making meal conversation and card playing really great, and the comfy couches.

Communication with the host was wonderful. Immediate responses every time. Property was immaculate, very well stocked with necessities. Pool was clean and heated. Dock provided a wonderful area to fish, with green dock lights to attract fish, and a cutting table and water hose for cleaning fish. Boat ramp was invaluable for launching kayaks easily. 10/10 recommend and will definitely be interested in staying here again!
