Located in the popular East Beach area of Gulf Shores this one bedroom one and a half bath suite offers you fantastic views from your gulf front balcony. Cool down in the swimming pool and walk onto the beach from the pool deck. This suite offers you a full size kitchen and separate living room. For your comfort, a king size bed is located in the private bedroom with connecting bath. Bunk beds for small children are located in the hallway next to an additional ½ bath.
One parking pass is included in your rental total, and only one vehicle is permitted per reservation. Parking is managed by the property’s HOA, and spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please ensure your parking pass is displayed clearly on your driver’s side dashboard at all times while on the property.
*Rates are set by the HOA and are subject to change without prior notice.
For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

Great location - great views. Not as updated as some but great value for the price. Excellent check in on Monday evening- gentleman greeting us was so personable! We had an issue with our door lock and it was taken care quickly!

The condo was nice we lived the lay out and the location. The condo needs a little updating the popcorn ceiling is missing in a few spots and the bedroom furniture needs to be updated. The condo did have a funny smell about itwhenwefirst arrived but after trying to enjoy the balcony it didn't take long to figure out the smell. The people on their balconies around us were smoking weed and we could not even enjoy the balcony because of it. And apparently the smell seems in the condo from surrounding condos. Other than that the stay was ok

You can see all the way up and down the coastline from the balcony. There are 2 toilets which is convenient when you have multiple people in the same room. The bunk beds are for people under 5’5.” So if you have tall children the bunk beds probably wouldn’t work. Easy access to the ocean and within walking distance of many restaurants.Overall it was a relaxing stay and reasonably priced.

Convenient location in the mix, with many activities and restaurants within walking distance. Unit needed some cleaning and front door lock wasn’t secure. I shared both with management so hopefully it’s taken care of for the next guests.
