The host cancelled at the last minute because he overbooked the property, absolutely ruining the plans we had had for months. Then he handled the situation poorly and was incredibly rude. He lied about the reason for cancellation, marking it as my fault so he wouldn’t face any consequences. Thankfully VRBO is handling the case. But I can’t warn you enough away from this host.
