will impact one of our outdoor hot tubs. We will still have 4 hot tubs

available - 2 outdoor and 2 indoor. This will impact bookings from May-October

2026.



During check-in, we may ask for a valid credit card for incidentals or room

charges. Please let us know in advance if this is an issue. Incidental fee is

$100 per night.

Cleo Parker Robinson Dance Retreat

Our staff recently rented two spaces in Breckenridge, this being one of them. We could not have picked a better place to house four of our staff where they could each have their own bed. The location was in perfect proximity to our other location and to stores. Communication was perfect no problems checking in. will definitely consider this condo for personal trips as well.

Decent property that could use some updates/repairs

Enjoyed overall stay- nice unit and great location. The furnishings have changed a lot compared to photos on VRBO, so wasn’t sure if it was the same property. I found the pictures to be a little nicer than the property. Several lights in kitchen were burned out, one fan did not work and couldn’t get the humidifiers to work either (one turned on for 10 mins and then would quit.) Kithen utinsels were pretty bare and couldnt find a larger bowl for mixing., a real knife for cutting (not just a steak knife), Spatula to flip pancakes, etc. It is the difference between a property management company overseeing the unit versus being managed by an actual owner who tends to see to the smaller details. Again, not a bad unit and we enjoyed our trip but several smaller things detracted from our stay.
