The Space:

You arrive in wide-open land wrapped in winter quiet, where crisp air carries the scent of wood smoke and the night sky feels impossibly big. Mornings are calm and still, with frost on the fields and steam rising from your coffee. Evenings gather everyone around the fire pit, trails stretching out beyond the glow, and the sense that you truly have the place to yourselves.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the 400 acres of this property excluding select owners closets.

If you will have more than a total of 31 persons in your reservation, please reach out to us prior to making your reservation and advise on the total number for your event.



All vehicles, including off road vehicles must remain on the gravel roads at this property. You are responsible for any destruction of our trails caused by on or off-road vehicles.
