VENICE OASIS

The house (a recently and totally renovated short term rental for vacationers, business people and/or traveling nurses) is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood close to beaches, major shopping centers, restaurants, schools and entertainment venues. Areca palms, edible trees and fragrant spider lilies form the landscape around the property. The dwelling has a master bedroom with a king size bed and a smart TV, a bathroom with a shower and a walk-in-closet in it and a guest bedroom with a queen size bed and a smart TV and a bathroom with a full size tub. The brand new kitchen has all the major and small appliances, silverware, china and glasses, and an adjacent dining area with a dining table for four. The great room has a couch, Poang armchairs, coffee tables and a Smart TV. There's a large screened-in lanai with patio furniture attached to the back of the house with an adjacent 15' by 25' paved patio. The house has ceramic tile floors throughout. The well water doesn't contain any chlorine or fluoride. The water heater is the tank-less type, which heats the water instantly on demand. We provide all the linens, too. There is an one bedroom apartment with separate entrance attached to the house, that can be rented out separately for the entire duration of your stay if it's available.
