This was a great place to stay during our trip to Philadelphia! It was very clean, had comfortable beds, and parking nearby ended up being easier and closer than I anticipated. We would definitely stay here again!

Very clean rooms and a great location for exploring the cityā€™s historic sites. We loved the restaurants nearby, and the owner was excellent with communicationā€”quick and helpful.We did hear some music from the bar downstairs, but it wasnā€™t an issue for us. Parking was the only downside. Overall, a fantastic place to stay!

Fabulous space so convenient to everything in center city. Ample parking nearby and the Septa station is a 2 minute walk, the subway getting you to the stadiums/arena in 15 minutes. Lots of great little cafes and cocktail bars nearby. The host was amazing and provided so many details to help us on our trip. The property is great for families, with plenty of space.

Our stay at this property was just perfect! Location is great. The space was perfect for our family of 4. The property was very clean. The check-in/check-out information provided by the host was thorough and easy to follow. The host was always quick to respond to any questions we had. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the heart of Center City. Everything is within walking distance including the subway and bus transportation.

Property was clean and neat. We did not experience any loud noises from the Bar below as advertised but our particular hallway was apparently a gathering spot for some folks late each night who were very loud. Didnā€™t last long though. Just inconsiderate. This part of town was a bit sketchy for a family. Likely would have left if my kids were still young but for our ages it was fine and fairly central for access to most of what we wanted to see. Overall a very nice stay. I would recommend for folks my age

Parking right across the street was a huge plus!! The unit is a ā€œ3rd storyā€ walk up but itā€™s just two sets of stairs, nothing bad at all. Very clean and spacious.
