The cottage comfortably sleeps up to eight, with a king bed in the primary bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and two queen beds in the upstairs third bedroom. Head up the iconic spiral staircase to find that third bedroom and a full bathroom—an ideal setup that allows for added privacy, especially for children, teens, or additional family members traveling together. Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

Per Home Owner Association rules: Hidden Dunes does not allow trailers, RV's, motorcycles, boats/jet ski's or golf carts.

We may require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students
