20 minutes to UNC Charlotte. Around the corner from The Billy Graham Library. 3 bedrooms all with queen mattresses and large closets. 1 master suite, 2 additional bedrooms in the hall and a queen size air mattress for sleeping.
2 bathrooms. One in the hall and one in the master suite.
Guests are provided with clean sheets, towels, hair dryers, laundry and showering supplies, starting paper products, coffee, to-go cups, fans/ceiling fan, propane for grilling, dog crate (medium size) and a kitchen with all the necessary tools and appliances for grilling, cooking and eating in.
Highchair and pack-n-play for your infant/toddler on site.
Living room, work space and dinning room are an open concept. A 65” TV, comfy couches, variety of games and cards are located in the living room. The work area has a desk, ample lighting and a comfy chair. Finally the dining room is great for a meal, playing games or enjoying a cup of coffee from the coffee station.
Living is easy with everything on one floor. Ground level entry is available from two doors and the front door only has a few steps.
Fenced backyard! Use our Cornhole set or have a cookout. We have a pickleball set (courts at Clanton Park 5 min.) available for use as well.
