Emerald water stretches to the horizon, catching the morning light as you step out onto your Gulf-front balcony. The sound of gentle waves drifts up from the shore below, and somewhere in the distance, pelicans skim the surface. At Mariner West #403, you're not just near the beach - you're part of it, perched directly above the Gulf on the quiet east end of Panama City Beach.
Living area & balcony The open living area flows naturally toward the balcony, where the Gulf becomes your permanent backdrop. Tile flooring keeps the main spaces cool and easy to maintain, while natural light pours in through the windows. Whether you're catching a show on TV after a long beach day or watching the sun dip below the waterline from your private outdoor perch, this space adapts to whatever your evenings call for.
Sleeping arrangements The master bedroom features two queen beds - comfortable for families or friend groups - with carpet underfoot for a warmer feel. In the living area, a queen sleeper sofa accommodates additional guests, bringing the total to six. Two full bathrooms, each finished with granite vanities and tiled walk-in showers, mean no bottlenecks in the morning rush.
Kitchen & dining The kitchen is built for real cooking - granite countertops, a stone tile backsplash, and rich cherry cabinetry pair with white appliances and all the essentials: refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. Cooking basics, dishes, and silverware are all on hand. Pull up a chair at the dining table for a proper sit-down meal, or take your morning coffee straight to the balcony.
Resort amenities Mariner West gives you access to a Gulf-front swimming pool, tennis and shuffleboard courts, a clubhouse with billiards, and a grilling area for casual cookouts. The beach is just steps away via direct access - no crossing roads, no long walks.
Daily fun included Each day of your stay comes with complimentary tickets to some of Panama City Beach's most popular attractions. Enjoy a $20 Power Card at Dave & Buster's (per stay), a sunset & dolphin watch sailing cruise, indoor black light mini golf, trampoline park admission, and WonderWorks adventure - one ticket per day for each activity.
Location Tucked near St. Andrews State Park on the quieter Thomas Drive corridor, Mariner West sits away from the busiest stretches of the beach while keeping you close to local dining, entertainment, and the park's nature trails and fishing spots. It's a low-density, laid-back setting that still puts you within easy reach of everything Panama City Beach has to offer.

Thank you for your feedback! We’re so glad you had an excellent trip overall and appreciate you sharing your note about the pool temperature. We’re happy to hear you were able to enjoy the amenities on the west side as well. We truly appreciate you staying with us and hope to host you again in the future.
The host was fine. We had a problem with the code to get in the door but it was fixed by Friday. The washer wasn't up to par. It was out of balance so we couldn't wash clothes or wash cloths so we ran out.

Liked: Cleanliness, location
Disliked: Communication, listing accuracy
When we got to the condo, noted construction. Happy to see improvements being made, but we were not advised of this prior to making reservation. The noise during the day even in the weekend was like constant jack hammering sound. I contacted the host about this, and she has still not responded after we have been home 5 days. I did speak with another party and was just told”sorry, we thought they would be done by now. We considered moving you to another location”. Also when we arrived, the codes were all incorrect. Again, I could not reach the VRBO host but another party who had contacted us about the reservation. The condo was nice for the price, pool area has had a lot of work done and looks really nice. I would stay here again if no construction. Liked the location.
We really enjoyed our stay even though it was cloudy every day but one due to Storm Arthur. Pool and facilities were clean. We had a need for an item and the host responded promptly. Everything was as advertised and location is within 1-2 miles of activities and places to eat. We will stay here again should we come back to the area.
