asciugamani. Tutti i nuovi bagni con cabina doccia. Ho visto TUTTO NUOVO? Sì - la proprietà è scintillante. Facile passeggiata per la spiaggia, Brock Environmental Center e percorsi naturali. Rampa e parchi della barca di Lynnhaven nelle vicinanze. Il primo Landing State Park con piste ciclabili / da jogging / passeggiate dista 10 minuti in auto. Goditi la comodità del bus Wave con gite giornaliere - in stagione verso l'Oceanfront. A pochi passi da una varietà di ristoranti.

Amazing stay!
Property was very clean and the kitchen was fully equipped which was nice. Check in was super easy and they responded promptly. Would definitely recommend this condo to anyone staying in Chic’s Beach area.

Great Short Stay
My family loved spending Memorial Day weekend here. It’s in a nice quiet neighborhood that is very close walking distance to the beach. The condo had plenty of towels and everything needed to make a meal. Toilet paper and paper towels were provided. Beds are comfortable. Shared Jack and Jill bathroom upstairs with a 1/2 bath downstairs. Highly recommend.

Quick weekend getaway
We had such a great stay at this lovely home! The neighborhood is quiet, the beach wasn’t crowded at all, and just a short walk from the house. There were plenty of towels, fully stocked kitchen with all the cookware and dishes you need. The beds were comfortable, there was even a fan in each bedroom (we hadn’t even thought of it but always use fans when sleeping!) There is a Kroger right down the street too. It is a very clean and comfortable home, we will definitely stay again in the future!

Great location near the bay
Comfy condo located within a 3 minute walk to the beautiful bay beach. The condo was clean and comfortable with enough room for 3 adults, a toddler, and a baby. Outdoor shower is super handy after a day at the beach. Would recommend!

Virginia Beach Vacation
The home was clean and had everything we needed for our family to sleep well and prepare breakfast daily. The home was based in a quiet and mature neighborhood which enabled us to sleep well every night. Veterans United Home Loans Amphitheater and Virginia Beach was an easy drive within 20 or so minutes. The beach closest to the home was less than a 5 minute walk and was very secluded. Absolutely beautiful and a great experience overall. Thank you, Lynn!

Lovely Quiet Neighborhood
Our family of five had an enjoyable stay. The house accommodated us well and each child had their own bed. I did not realize the house was about a 25 minute drive to the high rise, where many of the tourist shops and restaurants are but that was okay for us. The beach access from the house was maybe a 10 minute walk and beach towels, chairs, toys and wagon was provided. This beach is more private, less people and had calmer water. The outdoor shower made washing the sand off very easy. Later in the day we drove to the high rise area, ate dinner and walked around town. Kids really enjoyed the waves there but it can be difficult to find parking and carry everything. We were thankful for the washer & dryer available at the house as our family had been road tripping the east coast for several weeks so having clean clothes was refreshing. We placed a DoorDash dinner order one evening and driver had no problems. (Restaurants are limited in this neighborhood.) We had a lovely time at Virginia Beach and this house made our trip even more great. Lynn was very easy to work with and was very responsive to our questions and needs.

Perfect spot!
The house was clean and comfortable, it was such a close walk to the beach, and we had a very pleasant stay! It was perfect for my family of 3 but easily could have accommodated 6 guests. Would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful townhouse. Had everything we needed, close to stores, downtown Norfolk, the base if your visiting military family and only 2 blocks to the beach. We look forward to staying there again!

Lovely stay by the bay
The house is great and very true to the pictures. Our family with 2 young children stayed here and it was a perfect amount of space for us. It is a short walk to the bay, which is just for young kids due to the calm water, and an easy drive to restaurants, the boardwalk, etc. The house is well kept and has everything you need. Would definitely recommend!

Family trip
It was our second time staying here and it was just as nice as the first time. We had to find a different beach acess due to the beach being worked on but it wasn't too much more of a walk. We love that the beach isn't crowded and the house is close to a grocery store and restaurants.

Excellent beach stay!
This duplex sits in a tidy neighborhood two blocks from an easy access beach entrance. There are terrific extra details, like games and movies for kids. The kitchen is fully stocked for easy cooking. All in all, a very enjoyable stay.

Family friendly and great location!
We stayed here with our 4 year old twins and my younger sister and her husband. The house was perfect in size for our group and was very clean. I appreciated the toys and books on hand for little ones and the bunk beds were very safe. Great location, very clean and great communication with the management.

Great for a small family
My family (2y and 4y kids) enjoyed our stay, the quick walk to the beach, and the safe and welcoming neighborhood. There were lots of little trails on side streets that were fun for the kids to explore and great for running. The kids loved the toys and books, and it was nice to be able to eat breakfast on the back deck. The neighbors were quiet - we never heard noise through the wall. We also really appreciated the blackout curtains in the bedrooms.
