Why they chose this property

I chose Paradise Palms for its rich history and iconic mid-century modern design. It’s Vegas’ first planned community and has hosted everyone from celebrities to mob legends. Parts of the movie Casino were even filmed here. I’ve always loved the Palm Springs vibe, but this neighborhood felt more authentic and full of character. Plus, I found myself in Vegas often, so it just clicked. Plus, when I walked into that house for the first time, it just felt right.
