• No smoking, no marijuana, and no illegal drugs are allowed inside the house.
• In accordance with City of Las Vegas regulations, parties, events, and large gatherings are strictly prohibited.
• Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
• Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to maintain a peaceful neighborhood environment.

• Parking: Use the garage or driveway only. Return the garage remote to its place by the TV at checkout. Be mindful of neighbors’ spaces.
• Linens & Towels: Leave used towels in the bathtub; the housekeeper will handle bedding and linens.
