The layout of our "cottage" is a studio master (King Bed) with a separate bunk room (top and bottom twins) and full bath. You will have you're own private parking in the back and there's plenty of room for your boat as well.

The apartment and it's location were exactly as described - two nice rooms and right in the middle of downtown Jamestown. The unit was nice, clean and bright.The owner was extremely responsive to my call about how to get in, which was mostly my fault. My only suggestion would be to change the check-in instructions to only enter through the back door, perhaps with a photo.
