- $50/day per person over 4 guests (with owner's approval)
-No pets or smokers allowed.
-Arrival time is 4pm or later. Departure time is no later than 11am.

Beautiful beach condo

Very nice and clean condo and really close to the beach! The host is great and helpfull in every way. I would highly recommend this condo! My family and I felt very safe there.

Sonoran Sun Condo on the Beach

This was the second time staying in this unit and just like the first time we were thrilled with the unit. It has a lot of room, gorgous views, and is clean! Plus it comes with extras like beach chairs. We can't wait to visit again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Kathy’s condo in Rocky Point. The condo had everything we needed including an amazing view of the ocean. Kathy is a great host and has lots of really good information on local restaurants. I highly recommend this property if you’re traveling to Rocky Point!

Amazing view!

The property is perfect! The condo has everything you need for a perfect beach vacation! The views are stunning and you can hear the beach from your patio. The pools were very clean and well kept. I highly recommend staying here and hope to come back soon!

Perfect Getaway in Puerto Penasco

Kathy is an excellent host - very responsive and helpful. The condo is in a great location at the Sonoran Sun resort with a breathtaking view. We had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation with friends. The kitchen is well stocked and the linens are plentiful. Furniture and beds are comfortable. We will definitely be repeat guests.

Best view ever

The view from the condo could not be better. Everything is just as pictured with a huge balcony, nice linens and towels. The condo has everything you could possibly need. This was our second stay and we will definitely stay again. The resort was beautiful and felt very safe.

Very Relaxing

We stayed in Kathy's condo with our family and really enjoyed it. The condo is well appointed and comfortable. We like the large patio and the close proximity to the beach. This was our first time to Rocky Point and we are looking forward to returning soon. We will check to see if this condo is available for sure.

Great stay

Always stay at the Sonoran Sun. Never been disappointed. The condo we rent is well maintained. Kathy k eeps the place pretty near perfect. She thinks of everything. I mean everything right down to body wash to beach chairs. A perfect stay.

This is a Tucson family owned and managed vacation rental. You'll find many unexpected extras in this condo as we use it as our family vacation home. If you read our reviews, you will see that, not only is the condo fabulous, but it's an easy booking process, there's easy access to the condo (key-less entry and no long-line "check-in" process), and, someone is always available to communicate with you once you get there (cell, text, email). We have our own private housekeeper and maintenance man. There's even a land-line phone in the kitchen with free calls to the states.
