Please note that there is a Gate around the entire complex (code will be given with checkin instructions).

Designated parking in a car port for 1 car only (9 ft. clearance). There is available street parking for any additional cars (please be sure to check street signs to avoid towing)!

Just a 3-minute drive from our home, Germantown is a charming, historic neighborhood in Nashville known for its vibrant atmosphere and blend of old-world architecture with modern touches. Once a predominantly industrial area, it has transformed into one of the city's trendiest spots, offering a mix of upscale restaurants, boutique shops, and cozy cafes. Popular attractions include the Nashville Farmers' Market, the iconic red-brick buildings, and the historic Germantown Café.

Broadway: 1.6 Miles

The Gulch: 1.8 Miles

BNA: 9.3 Miles

Walkability: There are coffee shops, a grocery store and a pub within walking distance, but we find taking a quick Uber to be the most expedient!

Ride Shares are readily available at all times of the day!

PARKING: there is designated parking in a car port for 1 car only. There is available street parking for any additional cars (please be sure to check street signs to avoid towing)on Rev Enoch Drive between 10th and 11th!

Very clean and was close to Broadway. Check-in was easy too. We all enjoyed our stay. My only recommendation is bamboo seat in to put your things on and for shavings legs. I’d stay here again.

We loved our stay! It was perfect layout and space for all of our friends. Everyone had their own bedroom/bathroom with plenty of shared space as well. Location was also fantastic. If it wasn't so hot we would have walked more places, but everything was an easy and short Uber/Lyft ride. Highly recommend!

Beautiful townhouse, close to downtown, very modern. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom which was a huge plus! Would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful home with all the amenities we needed. The decor was particularly fun. Great communication with an online guide with everything we needed to know. The location was perfect and close to everything we had planned for the long weekend.

Host was very responsive and very informative. I will also say that the host is very accomodating. We had a group of 9 Adults the stay was very pleasurable for all of us. The location is very good and we would stay here again. Home is nice and well maintained. Everyone had enough space. Rideshare is a short trip to Broadway and The Gulch with Great Live Music and Restaurants.
