Spacious 3-bedroom Home in Downtown Wellington with in Ground Pool and parking!

Located downtown Wellington, short walk to The Drake, Midtown Brewery, Sprigglen Meat Market & all the wonderful shops in Wellington! Full house with room for 10 guests. Private back yard with inground pool. BBQ and seating pool side as well. Awesome room for the kids with bunk beds! The house is clean, simple with lots of Country Charm. Cable with 40" Smart TB, Wi-Fi and parking for multiple vehicles. Items we have included; beach towels, hair dryer, clothes steamer, drop coffee pot & Keurig (you provide the coffee), BBQ, Crock Pot, Blender, Linens for beds and all kitchen items you need during your stay.
Notes:
-Pool is not heated
-This is a century home, its clean, comfortable and roomy.

Amazing location central to so many great restaurants, wineries and breweries. Property was tucked away at the main intersection across from Foodland, which was also super convenient. Lori was well-prepared for the stay, all we had to do was show up and enjoy!

You pay for what you get. The home was nice but it definitely got hot upstairs. I would recommend the host installing an ac for upstairs or purchasing some fans for the property

We had a wonderful stay at this rental in the center of Wellington. There was plenty of space for 4 adults and 5 children. Everyone enjoyed the pool, which was very warm even though it doesn’t have a heater. The décor is simple and a bit dated, but it’s perfect for a cozy cottage atmosphere and for not having to worry about the kids breaking anything.The air conditioning worked well, and we were comfortable despite the heat wave.The location is perfect—just a 3-minute walk from a large playground and a 10-minute walk from a beach. There’s a grocery store right across the street and several little restaurants all around.Getting to the 3 Sandbanks beaches was easy and quick (about a 20-minute drive).Thank you, Lori and Dan :)
