Checking into the property was simple and good instructions were given. The property itself was great. It was spacious, had great amenities like a projector, a spacious bathroom, and even laundry in the apartment. One huge issue we (and our neighbors as well) had was that the advertised hot tub was empty and couldn't be used. This is a huge issue and false advertising that should be addressed by VRBO. The automated messages from the host made it seem like the hot tub was available and working. Also, any messages sent to the host were ignored, having to do with the hot tub and otherwise. We did have a good stay, but the total lack of communication from the host and false advertising of the hot tub were enough to give it 4 stars instead of 5. Please be aware of these issues when booking with this host.
